He ventured into the private sector and started his own business to assist the public sector with COIDA matters successfully for the last 11 years. His experience of 32 years in the field of COIDA matters is of unmatched value.
Klaas Berkenbosch
Klaas studied law at the University of Pretoria and as an accepted Attorney entered the field of COIDA, assisting the private sector for the last 20 years.
COID Domestic was founded by way of combining our skills to expand our field of expertise in assisting Households when the latest industry was added to the COID Act.
After the Constitutional Court ruling to include the Domestic workers of South Africa under the COID Act, we decided to combine our expertise in assisting the Household employers of South Africa and COID Domestic was founded.
