The following documents must be submitted for employer registration purposes:

1. A completed CF-1E Form (Application for the registration of the domestic worker employer)
2. A copy of the Identification/Passport (Employer)
3. Proof of the Employer’s Residential Address
4. A copy of the Identification/Passport/Work Permit (Employee/s)
5. A copy of the employment contract
